OUR TRAVEL BALL
Sharks Basketball Academy has a network of travel teams from 3rd grade through 12th grade boys and girls.
Our vision at Sharks is to provide students who have the passion to play basketball an outlet to do so. We give each player who walks into our facilities the tools to enhance their skill set. In addition, we teach them camaraderie, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
Our travel ball operates on a seasonal basis and varies for individual age groups. During the season we practice 2 to 3 times a week and compete in tournaments on the weekends. Tournaments usually run all day long and we play a minimum of 2-3 games per tournament.

Day 1 - Saturday, October 28th

9:00a-10:10a: Boys 3rd-4th grades/Girls 4th-6th grades

10:15a-11:25a: Boys 5th-6th grades

A $25 non-refundable tryout fee is Required. It includes a Reversible Practice Jersey. Must attend to collect your shirt. Those who do not attend will not receive a reversible jersey.
Winter 2023
Travel Team Package
Our season begins the week of November 12th and ends the week of March 2nd. We will hold practices 2 DAYS A WEEK and will vary between ELMWOOD PARK, MELROSE PARK, and BELLWOOD. We play, tentatively, 16 to 20 games a week, all played on weekends, and are generally played in Aurora and surrounding areas on SUNDAYS with potential SATURDAY SHOOTOUTS for lower levels.

Our program for the Winter 2023 season runs from Mid-November through Early-March.

Our teams will practice 2 times per week

We will play over a span of 16-20 games

Practices will be held between Elmwood Park, Melrose Park, and Bellwood areas

The uniform will be the same as the 2023 Season, order as needed only.
